# Post-call recap

> Action items, a follow-up email draft, talk ratio, and Markdown/PDF export — all from your own key.

When a call ends, Raven turns the transcript into things you can act on. Everything uses the model key you set in **Settings → API Keys**; nothing goes to a Raven server.

## Action items

The **Summary** tab shows a structured checklist pulled from the transcript — the task, who owns it, and a deadline when one was spoken. Tick items off as you go; the checked state is saved with the session.

## Follow-up email

**Draft follow-up email** turns the call into a ready-to-send recap — greeting, what was discussed, action items, and a sign-off with your name. It costs a model call, so the draft is **saved with the session** and is still there when you come back. Regenerate or copy it any time.

## Talk ratio

Your **You vs. Them** speaking share, by word count (approximate). It appears live in the overlay's transcript during a call, on each session afterward, and in exports — a quick gut check on whether you dominated or listened.

## Export

Save any session recap with the **Export** menu:

| **PDF** (`.pdf`)     | The same recap, print-styled                             |

Tick **Include transcript** to append the full You / Them transcript. You choose where the file is saved.

## Insights

The **Insights** tab runs deeper analysis on demand — sentiment, topics, and key phrases — using your key. See [Sessions](/features/sessions).

  These recap tools generate automatically after a call (action items) or on one click (email, export, insights). They never run against a hosted service — the transcript stays local and only your model call goes out.
