Stealth Mode
When stealth is enabled (it’s on by default), the overlay is invisible to screen sharing applications:- Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Discord - none of them can see it
- QuickTime screen recordings won’t capture it
- Most screenshot tools won’t capture it
How to toggle
When stealth is on, the pill shows a teal eye-off icon and the toolbar shows “Hidden”. When off, it shows a regular eye icon and “Visible”.
Stealth mode hides the overlay from screen capture. This is different from hiding the overlay entirely - use
Cmd+\ to toggle overlay visibility on your own screen.Platform notes
- macOS: Full support. Also hides the dock icon and tray icon when stealth is active for maximum discretion.
- Windows: Full support.
- Linux: Not supported - stealth mode has no effect.
- OBS Studio: Display capture respects stealth. Some specialized capture modes (game capture, specific window capture) may still see the overlay.
The Overlay Layout
Controller Pill
The compact pill is your control center. It’s always visible and provides quick access to everything:Tabs
The expanded overlay has three tabs:Moving & Resizing
- Drag: Click and drag the pill to move the overlay anywhere on screen
- Resize: Drag the left, right, or bottom edges to resize
- Reset: Double-click any resize edge to reset to default size and re-center on screen
Click-Through
Transparent areas of the overlay are click-through - clicks pass through to whatever application is beneath. You can position the overlay directly over your meeting window and still click on meeting controls through the transparent areas. Only interactive elements (pill, buttons, response cards, resize handles) capture clicks.System Tray

Cmd+Rshortcut - View Sessions - opens the dashboard
- Settings - opens the settings panel
- Quit Raven - graceful shutdown
